Shipping Policy
Shipping Returns.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: No 9A Femi Okunnu Estate Phase 2, off Circle Mall Road, Epe-Lekki Express, Lekki, Lagos}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY OF MANIFO STORES.
The refund and return policy of Manifo Stores lasts for 7 working days within the opening hours. After 7 working days we will not offer a full refund or exchange the item.
Conditions of refund and return is that the item must not be used, must be in the same condition it was delivered, and in its original package.
Goods which are not covered by this policy include perishable items like food, be it in solid or liquid form, fresh or artificial flowers, newspapers or magazines, wearable personal effects such as undies and sanitary goods, chemicals, hazardous materials, flammable materials in liquid or gaseous state.
Gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal body care items are also non-returnable.
We require the receipt or a proof of purchase from you to process the eligibility of refund for items returned.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer since you did not purchase from the manufacturer.
Conditions For Partial Refund.
Used book, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record which has been opened.
Any item whose original condition has been altered, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Manifo Stores' error.
Any item returned more than 30 days (one month) after delivery.
When your returned item is received and inspected, you will be sent an email notifying the receipt of the item as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be sent to your credit card or your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late Or Missing Refunds.
If you are yet to receive a refund, kindly check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a while before your refund is posted.
Next contact your bank. Reposting refunds usually takes take some processing time.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. When the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
