AUTHOR
Mary Mosindi hails from Aniocha
North Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. She is a 1995 graduate of
the University of Benin where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the
Department of Theatre Arts. She also acquired a Master of Science Degree in
International Relations from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration
in 2000 from same university.
She is a Member of the Society of
Nigerian Broadcasters (SNB), and a Member of the Corporate Administration
Institute (CAI).
Unchained: Rewriting the Narrative
of Domestic Abuse is amongst her latest published works. Her first work being a
play Broken Hearts, which was followed by a novel Stolen Stars and a Children’s
Story Book, Iyanda The Fighter and Other Stories, and more recently, Empowering
Voices: A Guide to Role Plays for Social Change (The Facilitator’s Work Book), A
Balanced Body, Balanced Life: A Holistic Health Guide for Women.
A broadcaster, Mary enjoys
writing, reading, acting and travelling.
